Yep. And the show is leading us to the point where Homelander doesn't give a shit anymore. Being led down that path systematically by Stormfront, the Nazi.
Homelander is the stereotypical insecure alpha with a Messiah complex. Which makes him easy to manipulate. But hes unstable enough that...
The nazi angle is not SJW or confusing. You're just conflating that with idiots in the real world calling everyone they don't agree with a "literal nazi". They're the ones confused about nazis. This show is taking a perfectly reasonable approach in drawing nazi parallels. What is going on with...
They didn't drink any kool-aid. If superheroes actually existed it's almost certain a large portion of them would be power addled sociopaths. The nazi angle is an easy way to get the point across in a way that everyone can easily understand.
I'm just waiting until the EVGA cards are easily and readily available. My 1080ti works just fine for now since I'm not playing much of anything at the moment. I have an immense amount of brand loyalty for EVGA because of their customer support and no questions asked RMA process.
It's very easy to sink 80+ hours into this game just exploring, unlocking stuff, and building. And if you have a good TV/monitor the game has some really gorgeous scenery.
If you're struggling in the early going before you get enough mirror unlocks to make yourself more powerful try focusing on Athena boons whenever you can. Her dash boon especially. Being able to deflect while dashing helps mitigate a lot of incoming damage. Double dash unlocked through the...
The Nazi regime wasnt white supremacist. It went further than that. European Jews were white. Nazi "pragmatism" would align really well with what Homelander fantasizes about, so it makes sense that information from Stormfront would please him.
I was just pointing out that there isn't really a tier list for the Infernal Arms per se. It would have to be an Aspect tier list. And different people are going to find different Weapon/Aspect combos powerful and easier to use.
I'm not sure what you're getting at, you are aware that you can use Titan's Blood to unlock different aspects for each weapon right? For instance, using the Aspect of Guan Yu for the spear and getting Athena deflect boons + Daedalus hammer spin speed and size upgrades makes that weapon braindead...
Every single weapon has at least one aspect that is S tier. It's all about figuring out what boon/hammer combos work with which different aspects. Poseidon aspect sword for instance works very well with Artemis Cast builds.
They did a really good job with making each weapon unique and powerful...
Pretty sure, for a while now, Homelander has been shown to have very strong feelings towards certain demographics, so suddenly realizing Vought was a nazi and so is Stormfront probably gave him a huge boner
I agree that the first few months are usually the best when it comes to a new WoW expansion, however I am so abysmally over Blizzard's direction with WoW I am not even interested in that for Shadowlands.
Brevik went on to Marvel Heroes which was a great game for the limited time it was alive. It folded shortly after he left Gazillion. And the Schaefer brothers made Torchlight.
Though I think Blizzard North is widely regarded as where most of the talent in Blizzard existed at the time.
SEGA would be an interesting announcement. They were always a company that was ahead of the curve with tech, but never gave developers enough support to actually make games for their cutting edge systems. I wonder if they'd start to work on the console itself again for MS.
So, just so you guys know. This thread is starting to become no different than /r/wallstreetbets. This is becoming a great place to come to, to figure out what the fuck to stay away from.
Sanrith, for your own sanity, knock it off with the reverse merger SPACs and IPO watches.
Depends on how good the pay off is. Nobody minds a slow burn with a compelling crescendo. Everyone minds a slow burn with no payoff whatsoever. I think the viewing experience will be the same for all of us whether we watched it weekly or binged the entire thing soon after the last episode airs...
