I think one of the videos posted above mentions that all Shop stuff is Character bound, so you would need to get the BP / Boon on each character.

The video is wrong, you can craft unbound gems which you can then sell on the Market, as seen in @AladainAF post. Doesn't change that its a shitty system though (the 2 legendary crest versions).
