Only the activities that were mistakenly reset on Saturday were reset for people who were affected by that bug. If you weren't then the normal reset on Tuesday should have been everything, if you were affected, those activities didn't reset Tuesday. Now they are, and will reset normally from now on.

Which reset bug are you talking about? There was a bug last Saturday where some were reset, but didn't give powerful rewards, which caused those specific activities to not reset on Tuesday. That should have been fixed today with those activites being reset properly.

No, they are based on the level of activity you are doing, the one I got in Nightfall was +6, while the one I got in a Lost Sector (not the Rheasilvia one) was +3. Also, today since reset I've gotten 3 Primes, all were +4 (Story, Strike, and Gambit).

The Prime Engram bug/exploit/glitch sounded pretty hilarious in that the people who did it and got a lot of engrams locked themselves out of getting anymore for a couple weeks or more due to the chance of obtaining one decreasing each time you pick one up. lol.

You can also get a consumable item from dismantles which gives you a buff that gives you a chance at getting a Core from powerful enemies, and it lasts until you get one.

I think the Deviljho weapons have the highest raw dmg, but have an element, so an Elementaless gem on a Diablos weapon might make it higher raw dmg.

You're only missing out on the "skill" gems, which are great for mix sets. The Vaal set is actually really nice, especially if you can have Peak Performance up most of the time.
