I haven't played since Cata even though I bought MoP at release (played it for about an hour and that was it). I picked up WoD for like $12 a while back during a black friday deal or something and was thinking of resubbing to play a bit.
What server are you guys on? And I remember them...
In my particular case a bad storm caused my retaining wall to collapse, causing mud runoff to clog the external drainage around my basement, which caused ground water to flood my basement. It was awesome.
You gotta cover your own appliances. But things like roof, sidewalks, common areas, landscaping, etc is all covered by HOA fees.
If you don't mind the lack of privacy associated with condos I think they are the way to go. Being a homeowner sucks!
You guys saying Condos are shit and HOAs are stupid. Owning a house and doing all the maintenance and having to worry about all the shit HOA covers sucks. Condos are awesome.
Yea doesn't sound like there's anything to complain about. Seems to me that lack of emotion is a godsend. Bitches usually go crazy during divorce, I'd take a woman showing no emotion every time... well... if I ever get married and then divorced that is.
For whatever reason I stopped watching this show after episode 5 in season 1. Finally caught up and damn, this is a good show. Don't know why I stopped in the first place.
You guys have any experience with futures?
A friend of mine is trying to talk me into buying USL and considering the current market conditions it doesn't look like a bad move but I have no idea when it comes to a commodity based futures stock like that (that's my understanding of what it is)
Went to a local stop and shop and price chopper as well as a cumberland farms and all town. Nobody carried Deep River chips. So I went to their website to see what that was all about. Apparently the douchebag who invented the snacks wants to be a high brow snack snob because he refuses to sell...
I live about 20 minutes away from Deep River and have never had any of their snacks. I might go get some of their jalapeno chips now based on this post.
Call me crazy but 90% of the time I buy chips they're plain. The other 10% they're sour cream and cheddar. I wish they'd spend more time thinking up delicious dips rather than crazy, off the wall knock offs. The idea of flavoring a chip makes sense. The idea of trying to make a potato chip taste...
You were able to pay a car in full using a credit card directly at a dealership? Like Cad said I'm surprised they were willing to eat the interchange fee which is usually anywhere from 1.5% to 3%.
Not really true. Yes it lowers your utilization if you're not spending more after an increase but if you have an available amount of credit that's approaching your yearly income it can make it very hard to get any new financing on anything at all. It also depends on other things like average age...
