Despite the negative press it's sat at number 1 most downloaded on Amazon for the most part since release, the only things supplanting it have been a few sales. It's been on sale off and on too. Wouldn't be surprised to hear it hits 2 million in the near future.

Looks like Nintendo released all its E3-slated announcements at their last Nintendo Direct so they at least had something positive before their dismal financials... They will not have a big press conference at E3 this year.
