I noticed the same thing and by level 16 began out leveling quests faster than I can complete them, and I'm sure I even missed a few notice boards or "!" quests. And once you out level stuff by even a little bit they become incredibly easy even on death march. I'm hoping someone can put together...

Yeah this game will kill anyone with any type of complex/OCD/completionist/hoarder. I was doing good keeping up on stuff through velen/novigrad, but once I hit skellige and saw the map and POI's in the middle of the fucking ocean I said fuck it and plowed through the plot quests full throttle.

Novigrad kinda is in/part of velen, so you were probably in and out of there quite a bit and didn't even realize it. You can't get to skellige and advance the plot to kaer morhen w/o going there afiak

That's why 99% of the time I only buy b/o and only list b/o when I'm selling - Rarely will I leave something unpriced, not worth the hassle most of the time. Even after eventually beating an offer out of someone, it'll usually be a blatant lowball anyway.

I wouldn't worry about the loot too much. The witcher games thus far were never really loot focused and you could beat both games with the basic tier level crap you could get from a vendor. #2 was a nice improvement over 1 as far as combat goes so if they can continue that trend of improvements...

They usually give a week or two after a challenge league before they implement a new league/expansion - I'd say 2 weeks after the 1m league is a safe bet. The QoL improvements alone they're implementing will make it worth the wait imo.
