    On a serious note, its like anything else. Play it enough and you get better. I struggled to beat it the first couple of times with spirit summons. Now I've beat it on several different builds without spirit summons.

    It's labeled "Contains: soy", since soy is one of the major allergens. However, most soybean oil is high refined which involves removing the protein that causes the allergeic reaction. Hence, a lot of items that just have soybean oil don't have to declare it on the list of allergens.

    Late 80's early 90's is when they pushed hard against dairy/butter/saturated fat and started loading everything up with margarine, trans fat, and soybean oil. Read the packages today, damn near everything has soybean oil in it now. I don't buy that shit anymore.
