    Part of the joke is that .223 Remington and 5.56x45 are usually the same. Technically, theycan be different. You can always use .223 Remington in a 5.56x45 rifle, but the other way around could cause problems, particularly in older .223 rifles.

    High Calorie Meals?

    I'd run this by her doctor (or any doctor) first, but, as suggested by some of the prior posters, look for "Weight Gain" powder. A mix of simple carbs and protein. You could probably get 350 calories in a few times a day.
