I played a few hours. My poor potato really struggles. It did the usual console port things to enrage me. Settings were all messed up, started on the wrong monitor, and it was 30 minutes before I could get to an options screen. And the press and hold to do stuff that makes me want to murder...

No mods that mess with purges, just lucky I guess :D That rock boss is also in the world along with all the other ones that drop a key for a legendary chest. He's by far the toughest of the lot.

Someone from here joined me (no idea forum name) and we've been having fun. It also helps a bit with the permanent death as you can clan up so your stuff / buildings / workers don't all go abandoned when you die.

Would be cool if they would add a server type where you could opt in to allowing the enemy to waste your time. Then pop imbalance wouldn't matter maybe?

I think Yerm is right about tanks and people expecting you to be a leader. I have no sense of direction in these places and don't remember even how many bosses there are and such. Even in EQ where I know all the dungeons really well I forget what order I pulled stuff in so the spawns end up...
