Pretty much. The 16x16 cottages are the bare bones homes and only take 1 cert. Those are pretty rare, though, as most people just use the farms to generate income. You'd need a farmhouse (24x24) to actually have an income generating home.

Ya, Lucio is really strong. His knockback also makes for great cheese. On the Mexico map, if you are on defender, if you hide at the door next to the ledge and wait for people to come out, you can use his pushback rclick to launch people to their deaths easily at the start of the game lol.
