Wish I could even get it to launch. The game launcher pops up, but when I click play, it looks like its going to load and then steam says I'm no longer playing. Even tried a fresh install of windows 7 and it's not working. Looking at their support forums, at least I'm in good company

Empire was kinda....well it didnt live up to expectations. I thought Shogun was good though.

Haven't tried it yet. Only reason I've beaten framing day 3 is because we had people constantly dropping out/being replaced and the replacements would come in with full health and ammo.

Ghost feels pretty good around level 30. You move fast, are pretty damn silent, and cant move bodies. Haven't tried the lockpicking yet, but according to Bain's guide, it takes 45 seconds to lockpick safes, whereas most drills are in the 2 minute + range.

I had the game crash twice on card select. >:| Also, framing frame's day 3 is awful. Simply awful (unless you can stealth).

Leveling does feel harder then in the beta....lot more failed heists too

The rifles seem a little messed up in terms of aiming. I put a scope on the CAR and felt like I couldnt hit shit while ADS, but if I played it like KillingFloor and just carefully fired from the hip I'm pretty accurate (firing in 2-3 shot bursts from the hip, semi auto from ADS). Would love a...

Ghost has its place I suppose. The dodge does seem to help, especially when reviving team mates. I just wish the jammer was a litle bit easier to use. i.e.., maybe have a graphic showing its range/time...letting me use it multiple times? I don't know, he just feels like he had the least thought...

It's funny you mention selling hats. That's how I justified spending extra for the CE. I had a about ~15 saved up from selling cards and other misc stuff.

i caved and picked up the collectors so i could try it. game is a lot better than the first one from what I can tell. The menu's feel a little clunky to me at times, but the gunplay feels pretty good.

So...anyone playing the beta think its worth it? I'm trying to convince myself not to spend the extra twenty bucks on the CE just for a beta invite...

I enjoy mine. Now that I have it setup (which was a pain). I haven't noticed any input lag. It's small enough that I can take it places and just plug into someone's tv and suddenly we're all on a nostalgia trip. Xbox and ps3 controllers work with it, so no need to buy that $50 controller...
