In the late 90s, I recall there was lots of concern about EM waves causing cancer. Since his brother has cancer, I'm guessing it is some manner of OCD reaction, much like a typical case of aversion to germs, except in this case it is EM instead.
Nah, you need peacezones because
1) Early UO taught us that new players don't like be sodomized by max level players bottomfeeding in noob zones
2) Peacetime creates predictable behaviors in players, which you can exploit to your advantage (especially with ocean based pack runs...this is...
Overview of what? Plate tectonics? The main issue with people not accepting that long ago was limited technology at the time. Once we could actually "see" the bottom of the ocean, most geologists had to begrudgingly accept it since there was a smoking gun that was still firing shots. Prior...
That would be interesting.
The Daily Show built up a lot of cred, so they would need someone who could shoulder that. John Oliver would have been great, but I don't see him leaving HBO unless they can the show.
I didn't mind the Tyreese seeing "ghosts". I just thought it was stupid that he gets ganked by a low level zombie ;p Then again, Omar got killed by a noob thug, so I guess that is his television fate!
Head of the program died, Stark isn't playing ball with the SSR. Plus, don't forget that HYDRA is infiltrating everything due to Operation Paperclip (even though they don't know it).
SSR during the war != SSR post war. While they are the same organization, the funding and staffing is very clearly diminished. As far as they know, HYDRA is gone.
I do agree the secret thing is kind of dumb and a rehash of the Nick keeping a secret thing, but I can't imagine they will stretch it out as long. They probably just want to preserve the "omfg" moment Nick has when Juliette goes SSJ4 and uses a kamehameha on Adeline.
Or Dottie could be the mother of Natasha's mother if they wanted to go there. A child born in the late 40s would still be within child bearing age in the early 80s.
Ya, by blond agent I meant the dude who froze up (Thompson I think).
I can't remember much about what she said in CA2, but she did mention that she got married to someone who fought in the war.
The handcuff thing I almost took to be a "comfort" thing...she was so used to it as a kid that she keeps doing it to help her sleep. The Peggy bit I just saw as the fact that her identity is whatever it needs to be, which is a hallmark of the Black Widow program later. Sort of a "let me...
Ya, it is basically the proto Black Widow program they showed. They are def setting up blond agent to be the potential Peggy "future husband" she talked about in CA2.
Brienne's arc will be different slightly. In the books, everyone thinks Arya is dead and she is seeking Sansa almost exclusively. In the show, she was focusing on Sansa, but now she knows Arya is alive. TV shows usually like to pair up certain actors, but the Brienne + Pod show will need one...
The biggest nerf they need to give to defending is the unkillable cannons becoming killable. Even if they are relatively more beefy than a tank, there should be a way for attackers to knock them out for 10 minutes or so.
