I switched to Vengeance to force heal orb procs and give myself some in combat self healing. Still squishy and I spend a bit of time at the edges of things using throw glaive and looking for weaker trash to leech my health back up from.

It just doesn't have enough "Oh shit" buttons. And getting atonement up on multiple targets is such a enormous pain in the ass because you have to keep the buff alive (best of luck tracking all this shit) and THEN do damage to heal them. You're blowing multiple GCDs just to get things set up...
