Only thing I dislike about WoW build is you definitely need a lot of toughness (reduce damage, armor, resist all) to make it efficient in higher torment. I think they need to buff drops another 100%, would put it on par with MH. MH unique don't have dynamic/random stats either, but yet their drop rate is much more reasonable. The combination of random stats with few guaranteed ones, and the amount of legendaries available, it seems needed.

I am not even remotely geared with top-end stuff (I'm very middle-grade) and I haven't seen an upgrade drop in a week or 2 personally.

The passively summoned fetishes have crap for survivability. The summoned fetishes through Fetish Army seem to take a decent beating as they scale off you. I don't believe the passive summoned ones do.
