Isn't as big of a deal on hardcore since you can't regen health while in a vehicle unless you land or park it right by the shore and a medic jumps out of said vehicle to give you a pack. Either way you're a sitting duck at that point. I do enjoy hitting a chopper gunner with the M98B though. Mmm...

I have yet to start playing engineer so I need to do the last mission a 3rd time to get the P90. Been playing a lot of sneaky recon (DMR w/ suppressor etc) and assault.

Problem with Ohio State is you can't run on Alabama. Teams are averaging maybe 110-120 yds a game on the ground against them, while Ohio State is averaging 301 per game. Even doubling the rush yds Alabama is allowing, that still cuts OSU's rushing by 25-30% compared to normal.

Got my PS4 controller from Amazon today. Loving the feel of it, though I'm not a fan of the L2/R2 buttons still way too much movement on them however I guess you can always use the bumpers for shooting. Assuming games aren't stupid and give you good control schemes or the ability to custom map...

Well restarted mission 6 of single player and got through it and finished the last mission too. At least the last mission is fairly short so you can do it three times for all the guns quickly.

Yes I know the points are there, but they do not count toward leveling up *Sniper Rifles*. It goes toward Recon. Also my campaign now crashes at the same point every time in mission #6. Guess I won't be getting the M249 for a while.

It's going to be especially rough leveling up sniper rifles, since marksman bonus etc doesn't count toward them. You pretty much only get the 100 pts per kill.... and that's it.

I had BF3 unlocked like 12 hours early on a Korean VPN and there were lots and lots of servers up, as well as no issues with Origin/Battlelog after I unlocked and ditched the VPN.

I'm running 560 ti in SLI (x2) and the game ran smooth as butter for me with my old ass i7-950 @ 3.7 GHz.

Want UCF to go to a BCS game so I have an excuse to blow a lot of money and take some vacation time $$. Be nice if it ends up being Orange Bowl or Sugar Bowl. Those are both easily within driving distance compared to Cali or Arizona (would be coming from North Carolina).
