    Are you manually targeting or using lock on? I tend to manually with the larger bosses as the lock on gets funky switching between body parts

    Most of those quests can be finished whenever. The big things that start locking out quests is progressing passed fire giant in the story line.

    Phalanx Greatblade, make sure it's the one with the 3 large swords, it has much more stagger break than the phalanx's with smaller swords

    One of the best things I did for this game is forget about rune loss, makes it much less stressful and more enjoyable. When you get to a certain point you'll be swimming in runes anyway

    If you plan on using them a lot, go ahead. Upgrading them increases the guard boost which reduces the stamina it takes to block

    at 50% crucible knights get new abilities. The 1st one gets a tail sweep and a move where they jump back with wings and swoop forward. Later knights get different moves on top of those 2

    Also their armor is crazy against slashing weapons, equip a mace/flail/hammer type weapon

    One or two of his attacks he does 2 handed, when he finishes the attack he stops for 2-3 seconds to reequip his shield. So dodge back until he does a 2hand attack, then hit him one or two times while he's reequiping his shield.
