FYI the belt over-potion plus eternal life combo doesn't work. You can use health potions at max health with that belt, but nothing happens. The over heal only occurs when your life is below maximum base, which prevents health stacking or even potion spamming with high flask replenish. Also...

How about just the belt and ammy. The belt just says lose 5 percent per second, then on a separate stat line says your potions can over heal your max life.
