    Two words. Instanced raids. Except for a few overworld competitive (single) raid mobs. They have said instancing is in game but have been coy about where it is.

    I don't know. I like the trinity because it enforces roles. The only combat I could see as better is if the combat AI was tweaked not to be naturalistic (wtf that means eqn as tf?) but instead tweaked to act like an actual non-dick dm to use kruegen's expression.

    Nah, either the Combat AI sucks and it's GW2 or the Combat AI is a mini-DM and it's fun and you need all roles to be successful (against the higher tier mobs).

    I think we can be pretty sure that if the AI sucks (combat/npc) the game sucks, if the AI's great, the game will be fun. That said, I still don't know if I can play an action RPG for more than 6 months w/o carpal tunnel system even if it is fun ;-)

    I'll rate as plausible but unlikely. They seemed pretty set on world destructibility outside of towns and special areas; I'll buy them limiting destruction in raid/dungeon areas.

    Last I heard was that they were but had a really fast "healing" rate, you have to think that'll change. @Jais I predict much death to the players using those strategies on Tier 3 or above or EQN will be a miserable failure of a game. Probably prime strats for Tier 1 though.
