Man the nerf to mana burn is balls. Went from costing 5 mana to 95. Tapping a mob out takes 90 percent of your mana. Using it as a damage source taps you out before a mob is dead.

Im too spoiled by pathfinder to enjoy 5th editions character options. That's 5th editions biggest crime to me . Lack of interesting / volume of classes, races, etc. Feels like they squandered a lot of time.
