Make sure to NOT clear any Bandit camps north of Hogsmeade until you have the Biscuit quest, there is a certain camp that will break the quest if you clear it beforehand. Its pretty hard not to level up faster than the MSQ takes you, as every single collectible will give xp.

It does. Search for BigAndShiny spreadsheets. Every grind spot has total AP cap based on everything you can use.

The really good cinematics are made by some other studio which does all the big reveal cinematics that we're used too (D4 reveal with Lilith, then Inarius reveal were made by the good studio). This one, and the Rogue reveal cinematic were made by someone else.
