Got 2 set items (shoulders) from Kadala last night in the span of ~400 shards, that's greater than the number of non-ring/amulet set items I've gotten on my Crusader since creating him (1) and doing rifts/bounties for several dozen hours at 70. Yay RNG!

Biggest problem is probably being limited to Nintendo platforms. If it was multiplatform I could see it beating Skylanders at it's own game, hell with Marvel/Disney Infinity 2.0 coming soon I could even see Skylanders slipping to 3rd place.
