Not sure I like the Horners. Assault Galleons are pretty fucking op, but seems like a serious lack of build diversity. Build 5 galleons, support with either wraiths or BCs, spam reapers with the galleons. F2 and attack move. Unless you have a Swann partner you won't have the vespene to build...

I've said it before but there needs to be some way to punish fighters for training camp injuries that doesn't simply encourage them to fight sick/injured. Unfortunately I'm pretty sure those two concepts are mutually exclusive.

Cagnazzo is the only semi-noteworthy TM, since the only other unconditional 40% defense materia was on a collab that didn't come to GL. Cagnazzo himself will probably be garbage, but he might be broken. Barbariccia is significant in that she'll bring perfect mag chaining in 10 man trials to GL...
