Being from the Bay Area, that is very accurate. Unfortunately most of them maintain that thought long past their 30's, especially if they don't ever leave the area.

lol meh, Windwalker ring is probably the best overall raid gain, especially for a raid with a decent # of melee. Everyone moves to/from boss/adds faster, gets out of shit faster, etc. Just be annoying and mention in raid chat constantly that "you're welcome for 25% run speed always-on" ;)...

I believe they said they only upped the chance for a character's first legendary to drop. I just got my 2nd one this week too. Who knows with Legendary drop rates. Blizz is full of shit on half of what they tell players.
