    Int based black casters have a spell called "one of the good ones" that gives massive CHA boosts while in white communities but makes them KoS in ghettos.

    50 CHA is too high or at least is the cap. Only jews in the entertainment industry(bards, magicians, enchanters) can exceed the cap.

    I think we should also include the amount of extra points available to each race to adjust the base stats. This would reflect the inherent variability within each race. EX: whites have high variability so they have maybe 15-20 extra points to allocate. Chinese get like 2 extra points.
