So I have been trying to clear Arena 1 for the first time today... the first time I get to Kali after about ~20 runs total, I don't do enough damage, but I have the right latents and indra shield so I don't die, but no heal orbs fall and I don't have a board changeso painful... so very painful

There is a dungeon(and I can't for the life of me remember the name... I want to say Tower of Giants but I may be wrong) that on the weekend when its half stamina, you can just repeatedly clear it over and over again and level up before running out of stamina. Its been so long I don't remember...

Depends on what leads you have. But both Awoken Ra and Ra dragon use 2 kalis. Ra uses 2 light kalis, and ra dragon uses 2 dark ones. Despite the meta shifting away from Ra type leaders they are still really good at clearing a lot of content.

I don't think you need to get to 10 combos to really make that team work. Watching the video I did clearing arena 1 he rarely got to 10, and he almost never got 3 wood combos.

This event I managed to finish 5 +297ed cards(3 are still as place holders) and I think I got 4 or 5 levels at least farming Kanetsugu without blowing that many stones(about 10 total over the course of the event).
