It will be a "bounce until you can improve" atmosphere, but not as stringent as some other guilds would hold. If someone is so low that it's actually causing us to wipe repeatedly, or they are missing all mechanics, not improving, showing up every 6 weeks, then that person needs a re-evaluation...
