Monk is certainly double early game and with the upcoming additions of better leveling bases and runic ward, early game across the board is going to be less of a slog.

Power creep might be a good thing in this case since they're releasing a whole bunch of new pinnacle bosses with each mechanic as well as each new mechanic have new ways to juice them. Ritual for example makes it so rituals can spawn up to 5 or 6 map bosses from the previous maps in a single ritual.

Just watched the whole 1 hour video. The new league and content looks beefier than all the other leagues. A lot more target-able crafting options. As far as the atlas, even though its still the infinite version, going in certain directions allows you to target whichever league mechanic you want...

I love the monk, so the new monk ascendancy is really the only thing tempting me to play this league. Maybe we'll get a few more surprise releases.

Yeah, I could honestly say the atlas would slightly be more bearable with new classes and weapons. New endgame content can only feel so fresh when you're running it with the same classes/skills as the last several patches. Druid is the only reason I played the last league.

Looks like their goal is, if they tie enough of maps/atlas to endgame content, that it'll compensate for the current atlas and salvage it. We'll have to see how the new systems play before we can judge whether they succeeded or not
