I used IPTorrents. Search "52 No-Intro ROM sets". The speed was terrible (average of like 400kb/sec) but it is very complete.

Retropie up and running. Only real issue I have so far is that games in MAME4ALL start normally, then go into hyperspeed when I start trying to move around. I think it is a key bind issue but fuck if I can figure out which bind is causing the problem.
