I feel like Colorado will beat Minnesota in 5 tops, so I'm kind of pulling for Vegas just to see what a Colorado/Vegas series would look like

I still like HW better than SB overall, but I did like that SB gets you back more towards the main story. The HW story is great, but the Dragonsong War is kind of its self contained little thing that just brings Ishgard into the fold after which isn't anything special (as far as their...

2021 NFL Offseason: QB Carousel Imminent -- Retirement Boogaloo

If there's actually a bidding war between multiple teams for him, maybe it's real.

Hot take, but I don't even know if Denver would need Julio if they had Rodgers. Courtland Sutton and Jerry Jeudy already there.

That's where a lot of the different weapon builds helped out with reducing MP costs and allow you to drain back health with certain actions for free heals. Another plus for the game was that you didn't outgrow any of the weapons, leveled up you could make viable builds with basically all of them.

Avs just sitting back waiting. Man whoever they get that Round 2 series going to be amazing.

2021 NFL Offseason: QB Carousel Imminent -- Retirement Boogaloo

For the most part, yes, but $25.7M jump is pretty crazy. Any team that didn't have cap issues this year might be in a pretty good spot for free agency next season.

Call me nuts, but Bozja overall story I think we better than Eureka's.

Come on now, there's plenty of other guys that will get overpaid, too (but yeah, a lot to QB's)

2021 NFL Offseason: QB Carousel Imminent -- Retirement Boogaloo

I agree for the most part, but I mean if I'm drafting a guy in Rounds 8-10 we're not talking about someone I'm counting on as a starter anyways. Plus if you combine Mostert and Wilson's years from last season...it was pretty good. But they both get hurt at good bit (Wilson already laid up)...

NHL 2021 Irregular Season and Plagueoffs

No I get it, it's an interesting discussion like what would REALLY be a package that might actually make it possible. I really don't know. He's just insane right now, they just need to build a better team around him. Thank goodness for Jarry failing the Penguins tonight. Now that they're...

I get what he means, it's kind of like fantasy football stud RB's. Depending on how the rest of your team is (if you have solid other guys, or at least solid enough), there's just no benefit in moving one of those rare guys who can give you such high value in the one spot they occupy, even for...

There goes me being able to get Trey Sermon late in fantasy drafts. Hopefully he still lasts a little later than he should be.

Apparently he didn't care too much, since he lobbied hard for them to take Chase at #5 instead of Sewell or Slater to be his LT.

    Final Fantasy VII Remake

There's a lot of vids out there with different builds for each character and such. Guess it depends on your definition of deep. You don't have to do any of that to beat the game, although it's tougher to just do real basic stuff to full clear hard mode.

The best defense someone who is so wrong everyone knows it...pretend like you were manipulating everyone all along, and not just that you were stupid. Plus the Texans are likely to be shit for awhile now.

    Final Fantasy VII Remake

This. I still love the old turn based stuff, but the transition to Remake's combat wasn't hard at all, and it actually became a lot of fun. Seeing all the crazy stuff you can do with it made me try out a whole bunch of things, as well.

    Final Fantasy VII Remake

None of that matters. They're not just going to essentially give the base game away for free. That would just justify everyone waiting in the future in a similar situation knowing they can put it off for a year and get it all for nothing. Pisses off people who paid for the game at release...

NHL 2021 Irregular Season and Plagueoffs

I just don't know if there is a real price for it. I know that sounds silly because obviously you could offer so much in theoretical value it would have to be "better", but hear me out. Yes, McDavid's cap hit is huge, but he's also absolutely worth it at the peak of his powers right now...

    Final Fantasy VII Remake

So you have the main game. You pay for it. You have the DLC, you pay for that. If you bought the PS4 base game, they upgrade that for free so all you have to buy is the DLC. Makes sense, you paid for the game. If you didn't get the game yet, you buy the full Intergrade version which gets...

2021 NFL Offseason: QB Carousel Imminent -- Retirement Boogaloo

On the flip side, teams could actually draft young, cheap WR's for their star QB's instead of wasting a 1st round pick on a backup QB. The whole point of taking a QB early these days is to max the value while they're cheap on a rookie contract. Packers already wasting 2 years of Love's at this...

    Final Fantasy VII Remake

Why would they be? They didn't purchase the game. You get the free upgrade to PS5 version is you bought the PS4 version. Then all you have to do is buy the DLC separate. If you didn't buy the PS4 version, you buy PS5 Intergrade for everything.

Mr Happy did have a video up with some info from a Yoshi interview where they talked about who would be adventuring with the WoL (and that you would still be the WoL) post 6.0...and that likely a couple of the companions would be decided by fan feedback. Maybe not a major reset, but definitely...

2021 NFL Offseason: QB Carousel Imminent -- Retirement Boogaloo

While Brady's performance on deep throws is impressive, every other QB we're talking about would love to have Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, Antonio Brown, and Gronk as targets downfield to throw to. Not that the other guys don't have good receivers, too, but on the whole that group is just sick...

I think a 2nd would make sense for Julio. Health hard to tell with him because before least season he hadn't played less than 14 games since 2013, but he always seems to have something nagging that he plays through.

NHL 2021 Irregular Season and Plagueoffs

To be fair, we didn't have the lead very much in those games (or any of the first 3) all that much either. But we did have 1 goal leads heading into the 3rd period of each. Game 2 under 3 minutes left, Carlson has an easy step up and rub out Hall on the boards play he could make, and we're...

He can't win another one if we're going to have this same problem the last couple of years cost us potential years. NHL 2021 Irregular Season and Plagueoffs

Samsonov actually played pretty well in the series. I can't blame Kuzy although getting covid a 2nd time makes you wonder how that happened, but Backstrom was a lot worse overall in the series. I just know he's hurt so no idea what he was playing through.
  40. Merrith

NHL 2021 Irregular Season and Plagueoffs

I'm not. Too many guys either hurt or just terrible. Can't play like that and expect to win. Probably should have held on to win Game 2 or 3 (or both)...but overall not nearly enough contributions to come close once Boston's top line got going.
