I had a 3-digit user ID on the Vanguard SOH forums so I got into alpha/beta free. The time wasted on those forums, for that game, is a far more egregious loss than the $60 I might have spent... o_O

You surmise correctly. Vanilla and Burning Crusade were gaming history. Gotta say WOTLK was awesome though. Also, these Pantheon live streams look surprisingly good.

30 hours seems decent. Looking at Steam history I finished Skyrim in 20 hours. Just did the main quest and a few sides. Torment was 25 hours to finish first time on normal. All the Shadowrun RPGs were 20-30 hours, first time through, on normal difficulty.

I was in on Kickstarter Day 1. The combat-only beta was solid. Turn-based combat with a decent learning and skill curve. The campaign looks frickin awesome.
