AFAIK there's no 'right' way to install a receptacle. We mostly installed them ground-down in residential. The only time I've seen outlets installed ground-up, where it was strictly done, was on commercial jobs where it the specifications called it out.

How are large meals and portions viewed in Japan? Are Americans all giant fatties, and large meals viewed as the occasional treat? Or do they eat larger meals than we'd otherwise know about, perhaps as a way to keep themselves from jumping out an open window at work when life gets to be too much?

I had this pop up as a random suggested video and it reminded me of this thread.

I tried a spicy Chi'King and a 'regular' Chi'King tonight. I thought they were pretty good. Not on par with Chik Fil A or Popeyes, but honestly? They weren't that far behind, either.

I used to keep my own on my work van, in case I ever needed to dig a short, shallow trench for small conduit. Don't know if I have the stamina for doing that anymore, though.
