Uh, DKC enhancements are very much overpowered, he's the best capper in the game on JP. The only reason he isn't more widely used is because of the tedium of having to constantly time a heal to land between his hits if you don't have TDH.

GL started rolling out enhancements months ahead of when JP introduced them, and Ramza's +2 rime is so extraordinarily overpowered that it permanently warps the meta. There is absolutely no reason for GL to get +2 rime before Robo comes out.
