The only webmap I've found is a companion to an app that you put on your phone so whenever you make a capture, it uploads the position and time left to the webmap. Completely useless outside of high population density areas with lots of people using the app.

Small town is nowhere near as bad as rural, and the patch where they increased the spawn rate of rares made a profound difference in what shows up on my scanner.

Well you can't play shaman without LoE, and I wouldn't play zoo without BWL. Both decks are perfectly fine without Karazhan, Karazhan adds 1 potential card to shaman and opens up a completely different version of zoo.
