It's not illegal to follow someone. It's not illegal to yell "what are you doing here American Inventor?" What is illegal is attacking someone who did either of those things.

I don't get the beef with nfa trusts. The amount of work that goes into them, the paper trail it leaves, the cost of nfa items, and the fact that as far as I can tell they've never been used illegally makes me think its a non issue, or at the very least a poor use of political power to go after.

It reminds me a lot of CoH one. From what I can see, you cant build ontop of the capture points except for the generic manpower ones.
