    I think I did $500 on my 580, which was the only "top of the line" card I ever did. Replaced that with a 970, then that with a 2070. I'll wait a couple more years for the next one.

    Leveling is fast as fuck right now with the 100% subscriber exp boost. Wish it was permanent. Up to 38 playing casually. Combat doesn't seem as slow as I remember it but I'm playing a Guardian with 2h and can AE pull shit.

    There is currently a buff being given to VIPs: Recognition: +100% exp gain on monster kills, quests, crafting, legendary items, and mounted combat. Earned crafting experience +25%. +25% mark acquisition. Active through Aug 13th.

    Being it's FTP, naturally you would have to buy them for each character. Also I think only the cloak-slot one gives quest exp. The pocket ones are only crafting and monster exp?

    Main thing was I don't want to deal with batteries anymore. I'd get rechargeable with a charging station but amazon reviews for the few I looked at mostly say they don't really hold a charge for shit. And I can't find authentic xbox 1 controllers on amazon or I'd get one of those...

    There is an heirloom-type item for cloak slot you can buy on the store that gives 25% to all exp bonus and stats for your class. Also pocket item that gives 25% kill exp.

    I've played Bastion and have Transistor and Pyre. Have Hades on the wishlist. Are all these games as controller-friendly as Bastion was? Playing that with wireless 360 and steam link was very satisfying.

    can do it on char select screen too, top right button iirc apparently runekeeper and guardian are trash tier right now. sounds like beorning is the OP atm (can solo group instances) followed by captain.
