on melatonin currently i go to sleep with not much issue, wake up in 3-4 hours and will not be able to go back to sleep. this is sorta of a requiring issue, but normally can back to sleep in 1-2 hours, but dealing with stress now. should i take melatonin before going to bed or when i wake up?
