You call it hiding.
I call it working.
Minority based gerrymandering is frown upon the courts as well. It is made upon the fallacious idea that people from a certain race vote a certain way. If you are doing it, the courts have said you better have a very good reason.
This idea is currently...
No man I'm sorry.
It is bullshit to claim that the current state boundaries are geographical boundaries. Just look at your city and see into how many districts and think about the geographical boundaries around them, I bet you there are none.
BTW a road/street is not a geographical boundary.
You are using the word "GEOGRAPHICAL" the wrong way. For example the Mason-Dixon line is not a geographical boundary
A district line is not a geographical boundary, is a human made distinction with very little geographical boundaries, such as rivers, mountains, inlets
It is actually in...
It doesn't matter if the kids are not @Deebo 's . Legally the kids are his, even if they aren't biologically. You have a very short window for that.
Also at those ages, they are HIS kids, he raise them, so the DNA paper is only good to serve as some sort of divorce leverage, which he is not...
I don't know how to draw a political map. My first instinct would be by county. then split the county by city. Reason been is because the counties have political independence from each other, same as the cities.
Did you actually bother to listen to the case, or read it.
It is unconstitutional to stack the deck electorally speaking, to have it design so a party is favored over another. Even at the state level.
What the courts are struggling with is, which mechanism to use to determine the violations.
When quoting an url from oyez, the forums do that.
Who knows of they make the ruling narrow or not.
Some judges hinted that is hard to justify a ruling based on gooblygook, and at the same time expressed other judges expressed dismay at the idea that a losing party can still control the...
I never had any issues with TFS.
I've seen other developers struggle with it, but is because they are stupid and lazy to begin with, then I've seen the same developers fuck up a git repository...
So something tells me, is not the technology.
Are any of those algorithms relevant to the Wisconsin case?
In 2012, they won 60 of the 99 seats in the Wisconsin Assembly despite winning only 48.6% of the two-party state-wide vote; in 2014, they won 63 seats with only 52% of the state-wide vote.
One of the latest cases to make it all the way to the supreme court, regarding Wisconsin gerrymandering.
It could have have national implications.

The whole economy of EQ is like a game within a game. I don't understand how people can camp over and over for just items to sell.
I guess I don't have the patience/ knowledge of it. I tried to camp jail the other day for the idol( an item IH3 I actually need) and after the 4th hour I was just...
do anyone has a guide or opinion regarding 4k TVs?
What is better to buy OLED Or LCD, Flat or curved, Samsung or whatever?
I'm basically looking for the best TV under 1k. It must have Wifi, and 3-4 HDMI ports, 3 at minimun.
Good luck Big P. Don't look at it as wasting 5 years, look at it at five years of slaying 20 year old pussy. Now go and do it again with another mid 20 girl =)
So whatever, story time.
I was in this guild for a couple of months, they were very nice and eventually broke up with some drama, but I wasn't a participant to it. So I kept in touch with the former guild leader, a tell here and there, a wave, etc.
So last Monday I'm camping AJ while I work...
I just can't see how a high volume intersection, with 4 diferent traffic lights cycles, moves more cars that a roundabout.
Maybe is because it doesn't exist.
Whenever roundabouts are bad due to high volume traffic, traffic lights are even worse.
There has been several videos linked that showed the benefits of roundabouts, and you guys keep using the argument of been too stupid to use them.
We'll learn then. What is next, cars are too complicated...
Driver confusion is a fixable problem. and hesitation exists on every intersection, regardless of what type is.
The only problem with roundabouts is when you have uneven traffic, for example, a major highway intercepts with lower traffic street, must of the traffic of the high way will just go...
4 cars in opposing vectors approach a traffic light -controlled intersection. all four car wish to turn right, out of those 2, only 2 can go right away, the other two have to come to full stops before making a right with on a red signal (even if no one is coming).
4 cars in opposing vectors...
If we have 4 cars, each at a separate approach vector on 4 way stop, and each take 10 seconds to go through intersection, it will take 40 seconds for the 4 cars to clear the intersection, minimum.
If the 4 cars are on the same street and on the same direction(same approach vector) , it takes...
