I think that is more institutional buys with da potentially near. Lots of wacky price action over the last 2 weeks. Trickles down on price, then massive buy orders spiking price repeatedly over days.

I genuinely do not get the NVDA (TSLA before it) price spike on split announcements. There is no fundamental or value change. Retail can always buy fractional shares.. so why the price spike!??

Only thing that seems odd for the Bloomberg deal is, its been held up for "complexities that Ackman have been solving on their behalf" (per his WSJ interview). Bloomberg seems like it would be a pretty straightforward deal to me. Stripe / Plaid has complexities, Starlink has complexities .. I...

nvm .. it was a Fox Business article claiming insider info on PSTH & Bloomberg. I missed it was dated October last year. Could still be relevant info though, as Ackman said they've been in talks with a target since Nov.
