there were a couple more tall belters in season 1. there is a scene with miller early on where he talks about belters taking meds and stuff to prevent the extreme belter features.

i wouldn't be surprised if they stretch the war into 2 seasons. think gimple/kirkman have said the plan is for 100 more shows to catch the books (#162) that really isn't many left gimple also said he thinks the series could go for 20 seasons.
