It's been changed for a while. If your corp doesn't have a structure like citadel/pos you can't be war decced. I'm not sure, but I think it's geared towards new players joining a corp and not knowing they would be war decced and such. I'm not sure what keeps a new player from joining a corp...

I never got to see the blue stuff. Logged and restarted and now I can do them. I never got that far, it was loading screen out and then loading screen back to where I was. Logged and restarted it and it worked. The queue is gone now. I logged out and back in without one.

Yup, it's fubar. Lot of complaining on the forums. Eventually you will end up with a lot of remove only map tabs that can't be put into a non remove map tab. Atlas resets.

In incursion I had one character that could run elemental reflect and another that could do physical reflect. They both weren't great but it was nice when I vaaled a map and got reflect and just ran it with the other character.

Had a short deal on the noon news showing some of the damage in AL. Some of the trees they were showing was a whole stand of what appeared to be 16-18" loblobby pine snapped off about chest high, as far you could see as they turned the camera around.

Tornado in AL today the early report was 1/2 mile wide and ran for several miles. 14 dead. The thunderstorms passed by here early this morning but not much came of it. Edit - 22 dead now. Reading 2 tornadoes with a path 65miles long.
