Mmmmm...dat char tho! This place:Anthony's Coal Fired Pizzamakes some awesome pizza, but their wings are the best wings I've ever had in my life. They used to just have two places here in Florida, but now I see they are in other states as well. I highly recommend their wings if you live near one.

Same here. Heat it up, "clean" and then cook, for exactly the reasons you list. There's almost always alcohol involved too, so I definitely don't want to clean it after.
