All I know is the tier 1-3 Jap tanks are holding me up from getting my master tanker and have been for a long time. I play tier 2 for a few matches a day and I never see any tier 1-3 jap tanks. I need 4 more tanks to finish and have been trying for months.

A lot of contruction just dump it where people put up signs for clean fill, mostly busted up concrete. If it's close to the job site it beats having to pay to dump it which the landfill here charges by the pound and it's 30 minutes out of town.

Craigslist here always has ads looking for free clean fill. Of course all the houses here now have to built up a few feet and dirt is expensive in bulk. Lots of times you'll see a sign "Taking fill if clean" meaning no dumping just trash.

I pretty much gave up on the team when they changed leagues. I was pretty suprised to see they were in first place, still doens't matter tho. Don't care about any of the teams they play now in the last.
