I agree NFCN looked good, but I'd consider Saints and Cardinals weaker teams. We'll get a chance to measure up some of the tougher looking division from last year and this year next couple weeks.
Week 2: Eagles @ Chiefs, Cowboys @ Broncos, Lions @ Giants
Week 3: Steelers @ Bears, Falcons @...
Considering they're running it for all of 3 yards since that first carry (and Peterson has like 8 yards on 7 carries since that play), probably not all bad. That handoff on 3rd and goal from the 5 much earlier in the game worked so well.
Well, assuming nothing weird happens with Elliott, still have a chance in my league. Have Michael Thomas going against Adam Thielen and Saints kicker Lutz...with less than a point of a lead. Zeke got more yards than I wanted tonight but no TD's helped.
I don't think it'll be enough, honestly. They're going to need some turnovers or something from their D, and really have some longer sustained drives to rest their D a little.
Giants offense doing nothing to rest their D. I feel like Elliott just runs all over them in 2nd half. Just have to pray they keep him out of the end zone. This game looks over already.
Didn't exactly light it up against them last year. I mainly would just like him to be kept out of the end zone. Think he averaged less than 80 yards with 1 total TD in the 2 games last year? 1 catch for 1 yard too? I mean if they can hold him to 80 yards and no TD's, that will do just fine...
I'm so screwed in fantasy. Sat Hilton for Decker with Tolzien starting. I'm up 20 points still but guy I'm going against has Adams going for Packers right now, Zeke tonight, and Thielen tomorrow night along with Saints' kicker. All I have left is Michael Thomas who would need to go ham...
Might want to just put pressure on but not actually get to him. That's when he throws the picks. If he just takes the sack in the red zone we would have been up 20-19 there in the 4th and whole game might be different.
We're the Skins bro. Didn't deserve to win today anyways. Just expect that.
Although if I'm being honest...I really have no idea how that stood as a fumble. Oh well. Cousins' pick in the red zone 2 drives before when it was 19-17 defining play of the game.
In that comparison, it would have missed all the key important buildings that would eventually find each other, team up, and destroy Irma and Jose at a later point once they've upgraded.
People sleeping on Atlanta continuing to be good this year? Not that I'm sold either way yet, but seems like people either expect SB hangover or another good year from them with not much middle ground.
Less experienced "average" players. I'd say the secondary was a little below average last year, tbh. But maybe an infusion of youth will help.
Also isn't the O line down 2 starters from last year? Although if you listen to Dallas the backup replacing in one spot is just as good/if not...
This actually makes complete sense long run. Speaking purely for this year, it sucks for my team and damn sure in my fantasy league where dude grabbed David Johnson with #1 overall pick and Zeke/Kareem Hunt with picks 20 and 21.
