Yeah, for gaming it is excellent. Also, still not bad for work. Certainly better than 1920. I'm spoiled at work with two 1920*1200s though... but will be nice having only 1 set of monitor cables and speakers built in.

Just play single player until you get used to it. Takes a while. I did that transition a few years back.
