I believe they said they only upped the chance for a character's first legendary to drop. I just got my 2nd one this week too. Who knows with Legendary drop rates. Blizz is full of shit on half of what they tell players.

That's gotta be a mistake of some sort because legendaries drop based off of your loot spec. Blizz has even mentioned they want to implement some way to target legendaries without having to always run the loot spec they belong to.

this is why people hate the legendary system i made the mistake of looking up how much DPS my BM Hunter-specific legendaries are. The top one is roughly a 30k dps boost. It's fun playing and knowing that it is highly unlikely I will ever get it, purely because of luck. =/
