I'm already tearing up I think people need to understand that they can't always be carried. If the DPS requirement is 20k and you aren't doing it, you should be expected to leave the raid - guild or not.

Tank gets the bag most of the time. If there are a lot of tanks in queue they don't offer it and I've seen that happen. I don't run heroics anymore though. Maybe I'll do one for the lulz

I see it at various times of the night, but I think the tank queues are worse off than healers
