While you can play single player Dragon Age on PS4 right now, you CANNOT complete (or even start!) any story quests that require you to make decisions.

All you can do is collect bear ass quests - as of 11am PDT today (when I last tried.)

Are you playing a game that has something different than the default world state? Did you customize your world through the Keep?

Nope, entirely default stuff. You can go around and do things but talk to someone who poses a choice and the dialog just hangs. You can walk away from that person and do other things, but you absolutely cannot progress any stories that require to to choose an option. Which means you can't really do anything interesting or meaningful.

My game setup was just your normal yes / yes / yes / yes a million times / finish / start.

I was!! But I made him very plain with no scars or markings and now his face has all these white markings that look like war paint... Unless that's part of the story but they never mentioned it

If you play a Qunari, the "helms" they have add shitty painting on the face. Turning off helms display in options should fix it(but also turns off your companion helms).

Day 3 of PSN being down. Seriously, wtf.. Was finally going to break down and go buy a copy of The Last of Us at Gamestop, but will I be able to play if it can't contact PSN to download any patches?

PSN has been working fine for me too, since around 11AM EST. Just PS3 though, I decided to wait and see if there will be a Bloodborne bundle (doubtful) or at least a better deal in Jan/Feb.
