I was reading an article that there is probably no plans for an expansion for BG3 which makes really sad. I’m loving this game. The article said the reason being that it may be impossible to balance the game at higher levels. The higher level spells are really powerful like Power Word Kill...
They changed how you first meet Raphael. Back in EA it was always in your camp when you went to sleep but now it’s random. I was walking in the Grove and he just suddenly popped up. Another game I was in the wilderness and he showed up.
Tried various types of classes and builds and decided to go as paladin as my main. Probably go vengeance or maybe devotion. Still bouncing between the two. I will keep shadowbae as a cleric for heals and buffs. Use Gale as ranged dps and counter spells and respec Astarion to a bard for utility...
I agree with this especially if your a melee class. There’s nothing worst in this game for me when can’t attack an enemy cause your not close enough to them. That 1 or 2 meter extra would of sufficed. For me it’s very critical that I get first attack and kill them before they can get a second turn.
I plan on changing Astarion from a rogue to a bard and probably replace Gale. I’m getting tired of him begging for magic items. Plus my paladin and Karlach is doing enough damage to carry the group and a utility class would be a nice addition.
By doing this did it affect her storyline in any shape or form? Since she will no longer be a worshipper of Shar. I want to change her to life domain but not mess up her storyline.
Nope. I stopped playing about a few days tfter S1 started. It got boring really quickly being There’s not much to do. Since I been playing BG3 I lost all interest in D4. I may try it one day to see the sorcerer changes.
Restarted the game cause apparently I missed a lot during my initial playthrough plus I wanted to go as a tiefling vengeance paladin. The game is huge and I did t realize how big it was. I was 30 hours into the game and I’m still doing quests and finding new things in Act 1. I was tempered to...
Jesus Karlach as a frenzy barb is a monster. She hits like a damn truck. There’s been times when she is under frenzy she 2 shotted an enemy like it was nothing. I definitely have to do a playthrough with a barb.
I'm experiencing the same thing too. I gave him two magic items so far. The second one didn't have a greater affect like the first time I did. I thought to myself saying I now have a methhead junkie in my party who needs a stronger fix. Time to lace magic items with fentanyl.
The game is awesome and definitely a must buy. It's a small part of the game but it sticks out like a sore thumb when it happens. It's something I'm not use to seeing in a video game.
I don't know how it's coded but it's really weird. (I can't believe I'm even discussing this in a damn video game) I recruited Wyll when you first meet him and he's been staying at my camp ever since. I had ZERO interactions with him since then. After I recused the druid guy from the goblin...
The sexual advancements from males in this game is out of control. I literally had Gale and Wyll hit on my character. I’m really surprised Astarion hasn’t tried yet. But yet I had to jump through hurdles to romance Shadowheart. This and I wish there was a better way the game highlights lootable...
Found an easier way to get Everburn 2hander sword from Commander Zhalk on the nautiloid ship. You have to free Shadowheart from the pod and once you do have her prepare the Command spell. When you get to Zhalk have her cast the spell on him and choose the drop weapon command. There's like a...
This 100%. I have a half elf tempest cleric who worships Tempus. I’m using him as a tank and he is a power house. My buddy tipped me off to the tempest domain cause I always thought they were just healers and buffers. His cleric is a Selune worshipper and he said the dialogue/interaction between...
Took less than 20 minutes to download and install the game on Steam. But it took me about 30 minutes to create my damn character. I was really surprised that the devil commander still dropped his greatsword. I would of thought they would remove it. That’s a pretty powerful weapon to have that...
I have a Deck and I’ll let you know how to plays on it later today when I get off. It’s supposed to be Steamdeck verified as of today. If not then a few days from now.
My first playthrough will be a paladin and maybe multi class it too as my PC. Picking up Astarion and change his class to a bard. Gale as a wizard or sorc and keep Shadowheart a cleric.
Yeah most of the changes I can deal with but the town well is dumb. You can only refills potions in combat by killing uniques and rares and not normal monsters. And I also believe popping a portal disabled in combat?
Many people are saying Ruthless was a testing ground for PoE2.
Seems like a lot of people aren't feeling PoE2 at all. A separate game from PoE1, no quick silver flasks, slower paced combat (not sure how it is at end game with better gear and gems), potion refills in towns, no crafting bench ect.
