Did you try maxing out Canni and when you do it go into mage hunter stance to take less damage? This guide has good information about that combo and what to invest in AA wise. Hope it helps out.

Mainly for faster leveling. WIth an enchanter you can run into a room in L Guk, AoE Mez every mob to lock them down and take them out 1 by 1. While they are AoE mezzed you can single mez them to make it last longer and reapply when needed. YIt's just too damn good not to use. Around level 40ish...

In this game you can literally have any race main any class as long they got the faction to unlock the race. I did it with my ogre and it was real easy. Or you can wait to level 50 for the token.

Hopefully it will make it better.. I tried controller and K/B mouse and controller is the lesser of the two evils for me. At least give various controller set up options or allow button remapping.

Hardest part of this game is the cancerous control schemes. Highly nonintuitive and very clunky. It's gotten better once I started getting use to it. Other than that so far it's been an amazing game. Love it.

Yeah the game is pretty bad. I found a copy somewhere on the internet, played for about an hour, quit and uninstalled. Gonna wait for a year or so when there's tons of mods for it, all the bugs are fixed and it's half off or more during a Steam sale to try it again.

Bottom line either wait for steam deal or pirate it?

I’m not a huge fan of the WASD movement (especially after playing V Rising) at my age but I’ll definitely give WASD and controller a try. Maybe if also use a MMO mouse it may better.

It’s been a few years since I played this game so I started a fresh run and man I’m having a blast like it was my first time playing it. Gonna do a full only longsword playthrough from start to finish and try to solo everything in the game if possible.
