The ROI on Tlps have got to be massive when you just recycle older ruleset as they require almost no dev time. So it doesnt make sense why they would not be releasing at least 2 tlps a year separated by 4-6 months to try and maximize the players who want to play different rulesets.

Teek saw a spike in population that started on July 1st, which was the exp bonus start date. Then saw a large dip in players after a suspension/ban wave that hit on July 3rd and 4th.
